Hello !
I am having to begin another site to carry on the good work from the original Neil's Daily Bird which is here. It's too long and boring a story and needless to say my own fault. On the old size you will find information on the Task, and the first 5 year's of work collecting pictures of the world's birds. Rather than spend about 6 month's trying to recover my old site I thought I'd just crack on ! Not enough time and there are more birds like this to get recorded :-
Encounters with wild Peregrine's in disused Welsh quarries hiding behind a bedspread.
Hornbills in Africa on reserves almost the size of Wales
Tiny Scops Owl's dozing in the tropics sun
And giant Bald Eagles lurking behind Canadian supermarkets.
The whole world should end up on here and all of its birds ! For now the old site has 338 pictures like these and 5 year's of world travel and musings on bird photography, ecology and the right sort of sandwich to eat after a life tick.
